Description
Personally, the LSE (long wheel base) iteration of the Range Rover Classic is top dog. We have one in the family that we adore. The extended rear door proportions suit the car so well and the extra leg room is a massive bonus. This paired with the more brutish 4. 2 petrol V8 makes it my favourite, but only marginally and don’t tell the others or they’ll get jealous.
This particular example was delivered new in 23rd December 1993. What a Christmas present that must have been. The car is finished in Plymouth Blue metallic with Tan leather throughout. Today, the car has covered 123, 000 miles and has had only 5 owners.
Accompanying the car is a sizeable history file with various old documents, service books, book pack, MOTs and dozens of invoices for work over the years.
In recent times, the car had a respray in 2018 and they have done a very nice job. Be under no illusion, this is not a fully restored example, but then the price reflects this. It is instead an incredibly good, very presentable and totally usable LSE that wants for nothing but driving.
The interior is in great condition and the wheels have been refurbished with new tyres fitted too. The car was only recently serviced and MOT’d in December (expires December 2023) with no advisories.
If we didn’t already have our own LSE as mentioned, this wouldn’t be going anywhere. As with all of our vehicles, we have a digital folder available on request containing more images, walkaround videos, pictures of the underside and scans of the service history. The car can be viewed by appointment at our West London showroom.
