The brand name Dixi did not officially exist. Dixi as a brand has existed since 1904 and was used by Fahrzeugfabrik Eisenach for very different vehicles such as buses. After BMW took over the company, it stopped selling vehicles with this brand name. At that time, BMW and Mercedes had a cooperation in manufacturing and sales.
