Description
1967 MG Lenham Le Mans Coupé. The last Lenham body fitted by the works (letter of proof provided). Full race car with race prepared 1310cc engine by CCK Historic. Steel crank, forged Omega pistons and full race cylinder head. Bottom end balanced with steel flywheel and F3 type racing clutch. Full roll cage, new race harness and new Corbeau race seat. Eligible for many race series including ever popular HRDC and HSCC Historic Road Sports where it's been a class E champion.
It's been a competition car most of its life, firstly as an international rally car with Gordon Howie, then as a circuit racer with Barrie 'Whizzo' Williams and then campaigned by Ian Burford. Road registered and a real pocket rocket. Fun and economical way to go historic racing.
