A charming Hooper Sports saloon coming to us from long term Octogenarian ownership to whom we supplied the car previously.
Under the current ownership the car has had a full engine rebuild documented with photographs & bills. Moreover there has been massive expenditure on the chassis performed by the experts at A & S Engineering in Alton Hants totalling around £20, 000 pounds. The bills are well worth reading to give an idea of all the things that have been done to it including fitting of a new clutch. In addition to the current bills there are masses of bills going back for years & years giving an idea of the level of care that this car has received.
The car is thus in really superb mechanical condition & drives superbly. Paintwork is excellent black over dark green. The interior is dark green hide throughout along with matching carpets. Woodwork is all original satin finish as it left Hoopers. The car has a large working sunroof allowing for pleasant summer motoring.
