MODEL HISTORY:
The 850 Spring is a two-seater spider produced from 1967 to 1970 by SIATA. The SPRING is built using the Fiat 850 chassis, reinforced however with a boxed cruise. The spider bodywork (inspired by the English spiders) is built entirely in steel in the SIATA factories.
The engine is that of the Fiat 850 (Super version) of 843 cm³ which allows this little spider to exceed 125 km/ h. Spoked wheels are supplied as an option for 50, 000 lire, which complete the trendy and retro look of this model.
Built in 3500 units, it was sold in Italy, France, Germany and the United States where the SIATA brand is still today a symbol of sportsmanship.
