The next keeper stripped the engine which he described, at the time, as being 'like brand new'
For rideability, he also exchanged the 10:1 pistons fitted for 7:1. The originals will be supplied with the bike
Purchased in 2020 by the present keeper who has since designed and fitted a bespoke alloy tank and rear seat pod, manufactured by Richard Phelps at TAB Classics, Wales
Other minor improvements followed including the fitting of clip-ons, levers, new switches and rear set rests
With a classic Café Racer look, this is one Triton that is ready to be enjoyed once again
