The popularity of the 5T Speed Twin was the main reason Triumph recovered so quickly after WWII
Originally, Speed Twins were built with a rigid frame and girder forks but post-war models were fitted with telesopic forks and a rear sprung hub
This well restored 1954 rigid example is presented in good overall condition
Forming part of a private Collection for the last few years
Not used for some time so will require some recommissioning before use
Engine turns with good compression
Complete with some old receipts and a current V5C
