Over the years he has completely restored and rebuilt the car . Everything has been rebuilt mechanically including the engine and gearbox.
The body was restored, repaired where necessary and the front wings replaced with steel items.
The cars suspension has all been rebuilt and painted and fitted with uprated shocks.
Over the years, he spent a small fortune on this car . This work has been well documented in a photographic history file and a thick file of invoices is included.
She runs and drives perfectly, and was driven back to base, without fault .
The underside is very clean and rust free and the suspension components were upgraded and painted.
The car has recently had a new vinyl roof and screen rubbers, and the all important 1600E interior is in very good shape throughout .
The car is rock solid and rust free, and way better than most i've seen for sale , but if you wanted to be critical and make it very special, it would benefit from a bottom half repaint, as its beginning to show its age. This is the only real criticism of an otherwise very nice example, that certainly didn't concern the previous owner .
The original Rostyle wheels come with the car.
