Fantastic Borgward B2000, Kübelwagen / Manschaftswagen (Bundesradeschutz) in excellent condition!
Rare and powerful open SUV, 4X4, ideal for off road, safari or open camper. Transport up to 9 people, 2. 5T (ordinary driver's license B)
The car is based on the B2000 of the brand where the 'A' stands for Allradangetrieb and the 'O' for gasoline engine. The army knew the car under the name Lkw 0. 75 t gl (gl for geländegäng) or "Neunsitzer" (nine-seater). From 1955 to 1961, a good 6, 000 would have left the factory.
In 1961/ 62 Büssing took over the Borgward factories and a further 168 would have been built.
The enormous rear loading area is particularly striking. . The wheelbase is 320 cm. Furthermore, drum brakes all around and a switchable front axle, but no reduction through a transfer case.
Extensively restored in 2007.
