Buff Logbook shows first keeper as: John W Groombridge from Cross-In-Hand
in Sussex who was a well known motorcycle dealer. He kept the bike for a year
before selling to the second owner in Septmber 1964

Just acquired from a nice old boy in East London named Arthur who sold us a
few of his bikes due to his age.
Recently retrieved from dry storage / garage on 07. 09. 2024 where the bike had been
kept for the last few years.
The bike will need fresh oils and a simple going over before use.
We have fitted a new battery / fresh fuel and she fired up immediately.
The bike does run and all gears work fine, the clutch operates well after
a short 2 mile quick blast, the engine is not smokey.
Sold on the basis as a semi re-commisioning project.
PLEASE NOTE: Only noticable fault is the kick start spring shows signs of
weakness and will probably need a replacement.
