The Mercedes SL55 Brabus K8 was a very expensive car when new in 2003, circa £280, 000 in today’s money!
It’s an engineering masterpiece with a huge international fan base which makes this a very desirable car.
A well-maintained example with great bodywork, paint and interior that has clearly been loved. The maintenance book is comprehensively stamped at regular intervals and many of the receipts accompany our file.
The MOT history shows the car to have been used on special occasions only and not as a daily drive. This is a great example of a serious future classic, with the benefit of being more analogue on the dashboard therefore, likely to be a more reliable long-term asset than the later and more complicated digital models that drive us all mad.
This car is incredibly powerful and not for the faint hearted. Treated with respect and driven to full enjoyment on a sunny dry day this car will be a pleasure to own and is my top tip for a ‘Double your money’ in 10 years’ time.
