Bentley Turbo RL 1997 LWB - EXCEPTIONAL - SOLD
Registered 13 June 1997 . Finished in Peacock Blue with Parchment hide. Secondary hide and piping in Royal Blue. Now shows just less than 45, 000 miles and very extensive and full-service history in the file with all invoices from Jack Barclay dated from 1997 to 2004 and then numerous invoices from Bentley Heritage Dealers P & A Wood to 2016. From 2016 there are further numerous invoices from renowned Bentley Specialists R R & B Garages, up to the end of 2018 all accompanied by MOT certificates.
Special Order Options
Additional customer cost options include a Bright Polished (Chrome) Radiator Shell, Veneered Picnic Tables, Electrically Adjustable Rear Seats, Top Roll in 1 colour (Royal Blue) and a Luggage Compartment Fire Extinguisher. Fully Veneered Waist Rails. The Bentley was then finished in the Mulliner Park Ward Department with the addition of a Bonnet Centre Strip, a Polished Walnut Gear Knob and an additional Dashboard instrument (Outside Air Temperature) Gauge. Finally, 1” of Additional Padding is added to the centre console side panels.

Extensive maintenance in the last 4 years by Phantom Motor Cars Ltd with expenditure amounting to just under £20, 000 to maintain its perfect condition and operation and more recently fitted with an electric window drop timer that drops the drivers’ door glass 2″ when any door is opened and raises it again after the door is closed. This immensely helps with soft door closing (no slamming required due to trapped air).
This Bentley also comes with the original chrome radiator shell and a painted radiator shell, which is currently fitted.
Very correctly serviced and maintained. One of the very best and is priced sensibly.
Rarely do they come in such fine original condition as this one.
