Combi VW T2b Karman Mobil 1978 1 of 200 made and approx 14 in Europe Type 4 2L engine in twin carb Full 2018 restoration as original Gearbox rebuilt last year Double original batteries full interior including Map rare table, working water pump, original water and waste water tanks, shower, shower curtains, toilet.
2 burner gas cooker/ sink, fridge, gas boiler/ heater, ( the boiler and heater are not used due to age, they would need to be serviced and recommissioned ) electric hook up (which works) and an oil heater, original Monroe rear air dampers and ride height adjustment all work, 240, leisure battery with split charge, the interior has been redecorated in period fabric over the original fabric as it was becoming a little faded, but it's still there and intact! Original curtains and netting! Chest New alloy fuel tank The restoration involved dismantling the caravan, replacing the rotten wood in the frame, repairing and painting the caravan and bodywork. Cab front wheel arch, front cross member, bumper support, seat belt panels, A-pillar repairs, new door, replaced, lots of new parts, all new seals etc. All the parts and panels used were original or of the highest quality, no expense was spared in the restoration, complete spraying of the bodywork.
