TI Developments are delighted to present this stunning 1993 example of the Jaguar XJS to the market.
Jaguar, one of the most quintessentially British marques introduced the XJS to the public at the 1975 London Motor Show, the XJS was the successor to the E-Type, large boots to fill… The XJS was in production from 1975 – 1996, an impressive feat for any certain marque. In total 115, 000 examples were produced.
This specific 1993 ‘facelift’ example is presented in striking Metallic Red coachwork paired with elegant Cream leather upholstery. Both the exterior and interior present extremely well which speaks volumes of the care given over the years in all areas especially both cosmetic and mechanical.
Powered by all so Jaguar inline 6 cylinder, the 3. 6L fitted to earlier XJS’s was heavily refined and upgraded to the 4. 0L fitted introduced with the ‘facelift’ XJS’s in 1991. Mated to the 4. 0L I6 is a 4-speed ZF automatic gearbox, perfect for relaxed cruising or spirited weekend drives.
It’s no surprise 80’s and 90’s classics are gaining momentum in the classic market, every aspect of the drive is classic paired tastefully with modern day necessities such as power windows, seats and mirrors, to name a few…
