Current prices in the United States range from US$3, 000 for serviceable, yet to be restored cars, to prices of US$15, 000 for nicely restored ones.
At the US auction house Barrett-Jackson, a restored Type 181 sold for over US$40, 000. Logically, the highest amounts are paid for beautiful, unrestored, original condition cars with a low mileage.
In recent years, various Type 181 models with a military background have been offered on the eBay auction site for amounts ranging from 25, 000 to 35, 000 US dollars.
