This is the second time we have had the pleasure of this rare 1956 Sandy Beige Minor Traveller at WRCC.
The first being when we bought her as a part finished lock down project from her elderly owner, then proceeded to pull her in bits and refit her out!
Making for this very nice quality finished product we have just purchased back.
She has only covered 5 miles since the last time we had her four years ago, yes 5.
Mechanically the Minor drives very well she was upgraded with servo assistance when we sold her last, as well as the addition of modern descreet indicators for safety,
Her engine is fit and healthy and pulls her around well, her transmission and suspension are very good, smooth and free from knocks, bangs and whines.
making for a pleasurable drive.
She has also had a host of new parts including brand new wiring loom for improved reliability.
Structure: The Minor is very good, there is no rust or rot evident.
She has had a brand new ash frame fitted and four new wings she is sound to say the least.
Exterior: The Minors paintwork is very good and clean. the ash frame is coated well, she also has good chrome work and exterior trims.
Nothing negative to report!
Interior: The maroon interior compliments the cars Sandy beige exterior perfectly.
she has had lots of new trim fitted and the seat covers etc are all new.
Overall the standard of the cabin area is high.
Summary: The Minor is basically fresh from a WRCC overhaul and ready for the 2026 show season where she will get lots and lots of attention we can guarantee that.
