Introduced in the late 1990s, the Mercedes-Benz SLK-Class represented a shift in the compact roadster market, combining everyday usability with open-top driving appeal. Central to its design was the innovative folding ‘Vario-Roof’, allowing the car to transform from coupé to convertible at the touch of a button.
The SLK 230 Kompressor formed a key part of the range, powered by a supercharged 2. 3-litre engine producing 197bhp. Offering strong mid-range performance and refined cruising ability, it delivered a well-balanced driving experience suited to both town and longer-distance use.

First registered in November 2000, this SLK 230 Kompressor is equipped with the desirable manual gearbox and is powered by its original supercharged 2. 3-litre engine producing 197bhp.
