Description
Mopar 440 V8 engine fully prepared, rebored and brought to a displacement of 8. 1 litres (8. 125 L), with a bore +0. 6 inches and a stroker kit (long-stroke).
The bottom end is fully forged (pistons, connecting rods and crankshaft), ensuring excellent reliability and great strength.
The top end is equipped with an Edelbrock performance kit allowing effective revving, paired with an Edelbrock 900 CFM carburettor.
The engine also features specific cam followers with lifters and matched pushrods, as well as 4-into-1 exhaust headers optimising torque and performance.
Main features:
* Estimated power: 700 to 750 horsepower
* Maximum revs: around 6, 500 rpm
* High-flow oil pump with suitable pickup
* Electronic ignition (complete or transistorised depending on configuration)
* Complete serpentine kit with pulleys and automatic tensioner

Regarding its running-in, the engine has been carefully run-in:
* 30 minutes at 2, 000 rpm, followed by an oil change with a new filter
* Then 1. 5 hours on a dynamometer with progressive acceleration phases
