From 1955, the 356 A version brought several technical improvements, including a wider windscreen and optimised engines. Our car was delivered on 19 October 1955 to Hoffmann in New York for a well-known client, before being imported into France. It was fully restored by Ateliers Landreau in Paris and its engine was reviewed by Sonauto, the Porsche distributor in Levallois: engine 60345.
Our current owner has cherished this vehicle for 14 years, incorporating it into a wide-ranging collection that’s carefully selected and driven by a true sense of aesthetics. He’s also a recognised figure in the automotive world. Since its restoration, he has covered barely 5, 259 kilometres in this work of art—showing the care and respect he gives to the major pieces of his collection.
