Description
The 1976 Simca 1100 Break, one of the most innovative family station wagons of its time. Introduced in the late 1960s, the Simca 1100 stood out for its modern front-wheel-drive configuration, excellent use of interior space, and dynamic handling that was very advanced for its time, making it a huge commercial success throughout Europe.
The Break version is currently much rarer than the sedan and is highly prized by collectors for its versatility and distinctive character.
This vehicle is an excellent candidate for restoration; it has been out of service and has not been inspected since 2015.
Its Portuguese registration documents are in order. Since it has not been inspected for several years, a Type B inspection will be required to reinstate its registration—a very common procedure for classic cars that have been out of service for long periods.
Highlights of the issue:
* Year 1976
* Simca 1100 Break
* Excellent restoration base
* Suspended since 2015
* Portuguese documents in order
* A Type B inspection is required to renew the registration
* A very common practice for classic cars that have been parked for long periods of time
