1990 BMW R100RT Monolever
I am advertising this motorcycle on behalf of the owner
Background:
The bike was previously owned by the owners son-in-law who carried out the customisation and cosmetic work. I acquired the bike in September 2021 since when it has done very little mileage but has had considerable additional work undertaken and new parts fitted..
Work/ new parts:
The work undertaken during my ownership includes (in no particular order)
New fork seals Surefoot side stand fitted - original side stand also retained
Front brake calipers rebuilt with new seals and pistons
New master cylinder/ reservoir
New brake pads
New starter motor
New barrel and piston on nearside
New regulator/ rectifier
New brake disc on front offside - original warped
New Tyres - Pirelli Battlax BT46s
Other information:
Mot to May 2027
V5C present
Mileage 19, 286 - bike used occasionally so may increase
All fluids and oils changed
Lots of paperwork including MOT certificates
A box of spares, workshop manual and some tools will be included
The bike draws attention wherever it is parked up. This is not a machine for a shy person!
The bike needs nothing other than to be ridden.
My reason for selling is that I want to concentrate on my Triumph's and selling this bike will free up some garage space.
