Vehicle History:
Toyota J40 is the model designation for the Toyota Land Cruiser Series 40, which was manufactured by Toyota in Japan from 1960 to 1984. In 1974, the BJ40 and BJ43 models appeared as the first "B" models. They were equipped with 3. 0-litre R4 diesel engines.
This Land Cruiser was delivered new to Portugal in 1980. After 40 years, the vehicle was then completely restored down to the last bolt by a specialist. This model is the diesel variant with short wheelbase as a BJ40. Following the restoration, a collector from Germany purchased this vehicle along with another perfectly restored BJ40. The collector had a full inspection carried out in Germany. This Toyota can now be registered at any time with an H-plate. Additionally, this BJ40 is fitted with a tow hitch.
