THE most iconic Italian coupe of the 60/ 70s, this delightful little coupe is a gem of a car, great to drive, great to behold and always catches the eye.
As a left hand drive version it retains its full authenticity, first sold in Turin, it spent most of its life in on the Italian mainland before spending a few years on the island of Elba, then back to Florence. It was brought back to the UK in 2004 were it was dry stored before I bought it in 2008 and after quite a bit of mechanical work got it back on the road in 2009 (All MOTs present, next one due September, will be MOTed again in July) I have the original Italian logbook and proof of entry into UK, first registered in UK, locally in N Ireland.
The work included a gearbox refurbisbment by a recognised UK expert, all brake calipers refurbed, new discs, new pads all around, new brake pipes, new brake master cylinder, new fuel pump, replaced all bushes and seals, hoses and belts. The clutch is as new after an inspection. Parts total to date £2100. New tyres and refurbed wheels, all shock absorbers replaced too, its currently MOTed to September but will update in July. Plus a host of other small fixes and repairs to make this little coupe an absolute delight to drive. Its always been garaged and driven only in the dry, regularly driven to keep all parts moving and supplied with oil!
I am sadly selling it to part fund a restoration of a Lancia!
