First registered January 2002, the car has averaged about 9000 miles a year (currently at 110, 890) but it has been regularly serviced (including cambelts at 71350 in 2008, rear coils springs at 84327 in 2009, rear discs/ pads at 100143 in 2011) and very well cared for. As a result it is in very good condition for its age and drives beautifully. MoT just done (to 30 January 2015); taxed to end February 2014. Royal Blue (paint code JFM). Bespoke cabin - Neptune Blue leather handbrake grip and gaiter, gear knob and gaiter, steering wheel; tan leather upholstery with blue piping (very rare - not the standard sandstone beige with ash grey piping); royal blue deep pile carpet mats; full walnut effect dash and window switches. Front and rear mud guards (genuine Rover). Some blemishes to the paintwork, the worst being scuffing/ paint cracking to the n/ s corner of the rear bumper (it is 12 years old!) but no rust/ rot. All four tyres good (less than 6 months and 1, 500 miles old), spare spacesaver unused. All electrics work - including cruise control, aircon, rear parking sensors, windows, locks, radio, even the illuminated vanity mirrors in both sun visors!. I am selling very reluctantly, and only because my wife can no longer manage a manual, so I have just bought an identical model but automatic (not nearly as rewarding to drive!). I shall miss it! A real bargain, a joy to drive and with many years' life left yet!
