VERY ORIGINAL CAR, ONLY 79, 000 MILES, 5 PREVIOUS OWNERS, LOTS OF HISTORY
Sadly, I need to part-company with my beloved 205 due to an imminent house purchase.
This is a very original and fast appreciating piece of motoring history that will put a smile on your face every time you sit behind the wheel.
Whilst in my ownership the car the car has always been cherished and the following work has been undertaken to ensure it is as mechanically sound and as cosmetically original as I can make it, regardless of expense.
New OEM rear bumper and red stripe
New SIEM driving lights and surrounds
New OEM rear light clusters (the originals didn’t match)
Both door red trims and the front bumper red trim have been replaced.

When I bought the car I took it to a Peugeot specialist where they went over it from top to toe to fix anything mechanical that needed doing – this was expensive, but it’s given me mechanical peace of mind and since then it’s started straight off the bat and driven like new every time I use it.
This is now a highly desirable car, the interior being completely original even down to its Peugeot logo’d rubber mats, dealer tax disc holder and original alarm fob.
The car comes with a comprehensive history file inside of which are all MOTs from new, all (bar two) tax discs from 1992 – 2015 and many invoices and receipts dating back to 1991. An original manufacturer brochure is also included along with an official owner’s handbook.
What’s to do? There’s a small stone chip on the bonnet that if I were to keep the car I would fix, but other than that it’s in amazing shape.
And finally, be warned, if you buy this car, when you take it out you’ll find men of a certain age can’t help coming up to you in the car park / street / driveway drooling over it and regaling you with tales of when they had one of these ‘back in the day’!
