Welcome to the sale of my built Westfield which was iva' and fully road legal in July 2015 with a age related plate of H reg1991. It doesn't require mot until 2018. It's built using the full starter and completion kits from Westfield and is built using a MX5 Mk1 1. 6 16v producing 120 to 125 bhp which has done 82k. It weighs 580 kg and is very fast and nimble to drive. It has toyo proxies fitted to top quality Japanese 15" EMR Alloys. It was built using the maximum number of new parts allowed for getting a age related plate and the rest was all refurbished. The engine has a new cam belt and water pump. These engines are bomb proof and a joy to work on even if the cam belt were to break its a safe engine and doesn't damage the valves or head. Westfield do some upgrades for this engine and exhaust and mx5 parts do a turbo kit which gives another 40% power. It's a real head turner and I think it looks great in just the blue and black colours along with the V8 bonnet. I have a full build diary and a massive amount of receipts and photos to go with it. I really wished i had the space and money to keep it as its like one of the family and I will be very sad to see it go, but that's life when your not rich.
