These little prewar Morris‘s are well built and very useable cars, great fun down country lanes on a sunny day.
This example has a very eager little engine with good oil pressure, good steering and the rebuilt brakes pull up well.
There is a good amount of history in the file, which indicates the car has been in use most years since the 1970’s, but has been restored at some stage a few years ago. The panel work and structure are all very sound, the paintwork polishes up well but does have a few blemishes here and there, the same can be said of the chromework, although there is a new set of hubcaps to be fitted.
The previous owner replaced the brake master cylinder and hoses as well as rebuilding the carb.
The hood is fairly elderly, but still perfectly useable, the side screens are original and require recovering before they could be used.
The interior has been retrimmed and is smart and comfortable. All the instruments and electrics work as they should.
There are instruction books and manuals in the paperwork, as well as a buff continuation book and the up to date V5C showing 4 previous owners.
