This TR3a was biult in June 1959 and exported to the US. It arrived back in Blighty in 1991 and it had a body off restoration by the Northern TR Centre in 1996/ 7. They converted it to righthand drive and rebuilt the engine which is the 2. 2 litre, four cylinder unit.
A new speedometer was fitted and this now read 3, 062 miles with MOTs and regular maintenance invoices over the last twenty years to confirm the low mileage since being restored.
It has chrome wire wheels, a stainless steel exhaust system, a fabric hood and a full tonneau. Seat belts are fitted.
In very good, rust free condition with superb panel gaps on the bodywork the TR3a has recently had a new clutch and a brake overhaul and drives very well. There are some minor paintwork defects but these do not detract from this handsome car.
