This lovely little Mini was supplied new by main dealer R. C. Hardings of Newlyn, Cornwall to a lady from Bude who is the one owner from new. In the 18 years she has owner the car it has covered 46, 000 miles, having the car regularly serviced which is shown in the history file.
In the last year she spent over £4000 on the car having the bodywork restored, including new wings, a panels and front panel, a full repaint in the original silver, as well as bumpers and other trim. A new rear subframe was also fitted. Unfortunately just after all this work, she was informed by her doctor that due to her failing eyesight she must stop driving, so she has reluctantly parted with the car.
The car was fitted with Minilite type alloy wheels, as the originals were corroded.
As can be seen in the pictures, the original interior is in very nice condition.
Mechanically the car runs and drives very well, as you would expect given the history.
