I’m selling this car as I have no place to store it and it seems a shame to store outside as it has been tucked away inside and unused for the last 12 years.
As it has been stored in a garage it is a very solid unrestored car. The body work has knocks and scratches and a rust hole in the rear right hand arch. There is minor surface rust in places but easily saveable .
This car is rot free in all the typical places they rot out like all the lower corners are solid as are the sills, door bottoms, nose cone, floor pans and windscreen frame. Most of this is due to it being Wax oiled in the past and being kept in a garage.
It has been owned by the same person for the last 20 years.
I have now got it up and running which entailed replacing the battery with a brand new one, new starter motor, new fuel hoses , pipe clips and fresh fuel.
The engine starts on the button but the oil looks like a toffee colour (Poss head gasket) and there is a hole in the exhaust back box.
I have driven the car backwards and forwards and use the brakes which worked a little bit and seemed to drag so would an overhaul.
As you can see the seats are worn.
I have the V5 document old mots from 1994 to 2003 plus other service receipts.
The mileage is around 95k.
