This very special little Minor was purchased by the Ministry of Health under the Motor Car For War Pensioner scheme.
This original rare document is with the car.

There is a collection of previous test certificates going back to 1978, when the mileage is documented at 31, 461.
There is also a thick wad of service history.
The car is tested until 6/ 12/ 18.
The history file shows replacement rear wings.
For future betterment the bottom of the drivers door and blemishes around the drivers headlamp would benefit from kind attention.
Generally for a car of 52 years old it is very good and has a lovely level of honesty about it.
The original starting handle is present as well as a workshop manual.
