Here we have a beautifully presented Porsche 911 964 Carrera 4 Targa with manual transmission. Finished in metallic Forest Green with a Green and Linen interior.
The car has just had a substantial amount of money spent on a full engine rebuild and full body re-spray, resulting in a car that looks and drives superb and is in fantastic condition throughout. The engine rebuild was a complete strip down carried out by ourselves and included new main bearings, big end bearing, little end bearings, valve guides, oil pump bearings, base gaskets and complete gasket rebuild kit. The engine is now as good as it was when it left the factory with absolutely no oil leaks whatsoever. The gearbox is a smooth as silk throughout all the gears, the clutch was replaced in 2014 and has only done 9k miles since replacement. The suspension has no nasty knocks or creaks and the car feels extremely planted as you would expect from the Carrera 4-wheel drive system. The general condition of the interior is very good with the interior carpet set being replaced in 2014. All four alloys are in good condition and all 4 tyres have plenty of tread left.
The service history file has 3 folders, detailing all the service history from the previous owners spread across 2 folders and a 3rd folder with all the past MOTs from 1996 to present day. The manuals and service history book are present with a mix of Porsche main dealer stamps and specialists. There are 16 stamps in the service book in total. The car has been serviced regularly every year up to 2005 and then from 2013 until present. Since 2014 the car has had over £20k spent on making this 964 a very special car.
