Description
The Jaguar XK120 was Jaguar's first post-war sports car. It was built between 1948 and 1954. The XK120 concept was presented in 1948 at the British International Motor Show and the design was so successful that Jaguar decided to put the car into production. Its name refers to its top speed of 120 mph (193 km/ h) and it can be considered the fastest production car of its time. The XK 120 was available in three versions: roadster (OTS: Open Two Seater), Drop Head Coupe (DHC) and Coupe (FHC, Fixed Head Coupe). The model on display was fully restored a few years ago by the Atelier des Coteaux. This magnificent XK 120 sports a British Racing green livery with an olive green interior featuring bacquet seats, custom-made by the workshop during the restoration, and benefits from a number of upgrades such as: 5-speed gearbox, electronic ignition, disc brakes at the front. The alignment and adjustment of the body panels are always perfect and the glossy paintwork always shows great depth. This XK 120 Drop Head Coupé is ready to be driven without reservation on any road you want to take it on ---.
