A very special car in superb condition, featuring this fully restored 1966 Goggomobil TS250 coupé. This special dwarf car is not only pleasing to the eye, but also fun to drive. The Goggomobil TS250 was introduced by the Glas company in 1957 and was available as the TS250, TS300 and TS400. The numbers indicate the engine capacity. This beautiful TS250 was originally delivered in Germany and ran mainly in the Bonn and Wuppertal area. The original owner's booklet is still present. The car was first registered in the Netherlands in 1983 and has had several owners. The last owner had the car completely restored with great attention to detail and perfection. Photographs of the car are available and there is also a fine editorial in a motoring magazine about this unique car. During the off-body restoration, everything was completely renewed and during the extensive engine overhaul, the engine was modified to TS300 specification. The interior was also completely refurbished and the seats and rear bench were reupholstered. There are several invoices for this restoration. It is clear that the restoration was carried out to a very high standard, with the paintwork and bodywork still in mint condition. The various chrome parts and trim are also in superb condition.
