Description and highlights of this specimen
- FIVA identity card
- History and invoices
- Complete restoration in 1980
Our Bentley Mark VI Sports Saloon was delivered new in France and registered for road use on 29 September 1949. It has had four owners, including its current owner since 2017. Its registration is currently Swiss.
This example presents in very good overall condition, notably thanks to a complete restoration carried out in the 1980s. In a metallic Champagne colour, paired with full chrome trim, a central long-range headlamp, a brown leather interior with a light patina, wood trim and burgundy carpeting, this Bentley Mark VI Sports Saloon is free from defects.
Its mechanical running is equally good. Moved by the 4. 3L six-cylinder engine offering a power described as “adequate,” paired with a four-speed manual gearbox, this Bentley readily offers the suppleness and power of yesteryear. It has numerous invoices and regular maintenance history, as well as a FIVA identity card.
Here are the options and equipment fitted to this Bentley Mark VI Sports Saloon:
- Original left-hand drive
- Central long-range headlamp
- Rear courtesy mirror
- Black Bakelite three-spoke steering wheel
- Sunroof
