The Ferrari 250 GT Berlinetta SWB, launched in 1959, was born to offer Ferrari clients a car capable of excelling both on road and on circuit. With its shortened wheelbase, its Pininfarina-designed body and its 3. 0 L Colombo V12.
Originally delivered in green and white, this 250 GTE 2+2 remained unused for several years until its new life in 1988, when it was uprated to a GT Short Wheelbase by the Italian specialist Mario Allegretti, giving it a second existence in the spirit of the legendary Maranello berlinettas.
