Renault 8 S type R1136 from 1968
Genuine Renault 8 S in BEG (cg collection), no corrosion. Some presentation faults but overall very clean. It belonged to the same person for 30 years. I have owned it for 8 years.
The advantage of not having been restored is that there is no hidden corrosion. One door shows a shade difference at the bottom and there is a light dent on the bonnet and on the roof.
Interior all original, not cracked, not worn. Just missing the surround of the interior rear-view mirror.
A carburettor, ignition and gear linkage adjustment would be needed. (I have changed the carb gasket but cannot find someone reliable to do this locally).
At the last MOT, it was fine.
It will not be sold with the Targa bits (5 rims) or when you add yours. Tyres are in good condition.
