The very last Carrera 74 to roll off the production lines, as it is number 521 of 528 produced.
Called the RS of the cities, the Carrera 74 is equipped with the mythical 2. 7S developing 175 hp for the US version thanks to the use of a new electronic fuel injection system CIS, paired with the excellent Porsche 5-speed gearbox type “915”. It retains, from its big sister the RS released the previous year, certain distinctive traits, such as the famous “ducktail”, the three-spoke steering wheel, the larger rear Fuchs wheels, the flared rear arches, the running gear and the front spoiler type Carrera.
