The bodywork was restored a few years ago and the shell was given a fresh coat of paint. It is presently in good display condition. After a professional polish carried out with the orbital machine by our workshop, a slight blistering on the bonnet and boot and a minor paint defect corrected on the left rear wing were noted. The chrome bumpers and their guards are perfectly aligned and in good condition despite slight oxidation on the front bumper. The grille chrome is in very good condition. The original mouldings and decorative ornaments are complete and in good condition. The boot plaque is in perfect condition. This unit is also equipped with Side Screens plexiglass in average condition. The hood in black faux leather is in good display condition. Its fit remains imperfect and its sealing conforms to the era’s standards. The PVC mica is perfectly translucent, with no cracks, fissures or yellowing despite some light scratches. This unit is equipped with a black faux leather tonneau cover in excellent condition. The 4 chrome wire wheels and their knock-offs are in excellent condition. The 4 FIRESTONE tyres show 20% wear at the front and 30% at the rear. This unit is equipped with its original spare wheel (chrome wire wheel), as well as its jack and mallet. Among the notable exterior equipment and options of this unit, we note Side Screens plexiglass as well as the black faux leather tonneau cover and the chrome boot plaque. Interior: The interior retains its period configuration and presents in very good condition. The black faux leather upholstery with red piping was restored a few years ago. It is in very good condition, with no signs of wear or sagging. The matching black faux leather door panels are also in good display condition. The dashboard cap in body colour “Signal Red” and the central armrest in black faux leather with red piping are in good condition, with no cracks, deformations or discolouration. The dashboard in body colour “Signal Red” is in good condition. The JAEGER instrumentation is complete and fully functional except for the backlighting of the gauges. The original bakelite four-spoke MG steering wheel is in good condition. The bakelite MG gear lever knob is also in good condition. The black carpets are in good display condition.
