"Nearly €7, 000 worth of recent work!"
It was at the 2002 Paris Motor Show that BMW presented what was to become an icon of the early 2010s: the Z4! It replaces the Z3, and from the outset is more opulent than its big sister. It is available with a range of engines, from the 150hp 2. 0-liter 4-cylinder to the 231hp 3. 0-liter 6-cylinder.
But it was in 2006 that the Z4 reached its nirvana, with the presentation of its M version. The 6-cylinder engine was then increased to 3. 2 l displacement for 343 hp! Combine this with a razor-sharp chassis and a 6-speed manual gearbox, and you get an exceptional sleeper that was unique on the market at the time.
Our example was first registered in Italy on May 15, 2006. Its first owner had ordered the car in this elegant shade of white metallic with burgundy interior. According to its Carfax, the car suffered damage in February 2009, but no trace of this incident is visible today (condition report and Carfax available on request)!
It was imported to France in early 2025 for the current owner. Fallen in love with its lines (and its sumptuous-sounding RPI exhaust system), this enthusiast gave it a major overhaul in July 2025, including replacement of the timing chains, the oil pump drive chain, the VANOS sealing system, as well as the usual checks at BMW for almost €7, 000 (invoice available on request)! The car has since been driven less than 500 km, its odometer now totalling less than 127, 500 km.
Increasingly rare on the market, Z4 M Roadsters remain affordable despite their exceptional engines. Presented with a reasonable estimate, this model is ready to hit the French roads this spring!
