Description
This magnificent Riley Special was completely restored by its owner a few years ago. Its bodywork, a bespoke creation, was carried out by the specialist 'Jansen Restorations' of Wezep, the Netherlands. The car is built on the basis of a 1935 Riley Kestrel, a special model, probably the only one ever delivered with the green Riley badge on the radiator. Since its restoration, the car has taken part in various events, both in the Netherlands and abroad, and has demonstrated its great reliability. The Riley benefits from a few minor modifications, such as an electric water pump and a cooling fan suited to modern traffic, as well as a shorter final-drive ratio. This Riley Special will delight its new owner!
