The car we are presenting to you
The Mercedes 280 SL Pagoda we are presenting is a superb example imported from California in 2010. Kept in remarkable condition, it has belonged to the same owner since 2013. The owner undertook a complete mechanical restoration, scrupulously respecting the original specifications. In 2018, the engine was rebuilt to factory specifications, the gearbox refreshed, and the engine bay fully restored for more than €57, 000 at the Bracq Heritage Workshops, near Bordeaux, renowned for their expertise with classic Mercedes-Benz models. Since then, the car has covered only 3, 000 kilometres.
However, it also bears witness to a fine restoration carried out in the United States, with a non-original colour and a few minor cosmetic defects.
