Very nice 1970 US Spitfire, with a 1500 cm engine; bodywork, paint, upholstery and interior in good condition. Car restored and made reliable between 2020 and 2025 with the following items:
- Replacing the main suspension bushes, water hoses
- Hood replacement (mohair fabric), refurbishment of front seat (foam replaced)
- Switched to Weber carburettors the details below6, fuel pump, air box, ignition, coil
- Complete overhaul of top end and bottom end
- Replacement fuel tank, replacement water pump
Engine sound, well-tuned, less than 1, 000 km since overhaul
Work since 2020 all with invoices amounting to around €8, 000
