This Mercedes 220 SE Ponton Cabriolet was built by Mercedes in 1959 and was delivered and sold directly to the United States by a Mercedes Benz branch in Germany. In the early 1990s, this Mercedes was re-imported to Germany in accordance with the former owner and was restored at great expense in Germany. In 2010, this cabriolet was re-registered in the name of its last owner, refined and judiciously completed with electric power steering.
