After 12 years of ownership, I am considering parting with my 1955 203C, colour Gris 459, sunroof. 88, 000 km on the odometer, classic vehicle registration.
Restored in the 2010s, it was sold for €11, 000 in 2011 at Auto Rétro Coup de Coeur to the previous owner.
Very, very good condition, everything is functional, nice presentation; the photos speak for themselves, subframes perfectly sound, bodywork as well, upholstery in original grey herringbone fabric, mechanicals in perfect condition; many components replaced in the last 10 years:
- the eight valves and the 8 springs
- cylinder head resurfacing and gasket change
- exhaust from the engine outlet to the silencer
- brake linings as well as the flexible hoses and cylinders
- the 4 tyres in Vredestein Classic
- fitting front and rear indicators of the same type as the latest 203s, but the arrows remain functional
- handsome chrome not pitted on the vehicle lighting plate, which is not so common
- fuel pump with priming lever
