Description
This 1971 MGB GT embodies the elegance of British coupes from the 1970s, with its iconic fastback silhouette. Powered by a simple and robust 1. 8‑litre engine, it offers authentic driving pleasure, typically “English”. In its British Racing Green shade, it fully expresses the timeless charm of GTs from the era. The black interior, enhanced by red piping, provides a sporty yet refined note, while the Webasto sunroof enhances the drive and the sense of freedom on board.
The vehicle benefits from careful, ongoing maintenance, documented by more than 44 original invoices covering the period from July 2000 to April 2026. Among these, more than €9, 500 of recent work was carried out between 2025 and 2026 by a workshop specialising in classic British cars. These interventions include in particular: a new 12V battery, a new cut‑off switch, electronic ignition, a complete wiring loom, new spark plugs, an oldtimer Bluetooth radio with a retractable electric antenna, various seals (water pump, doors, boot), brake pads, a master cylinder and clutch, Spax telescopic conversion dampers, wiper stalk and controls, a flasher unit, a fuel gauge, as well as several items in the fuel and sealing systems. The set-up ensures sound, reliable operation.
