For sale: 1956 Ariel VH 500 Red Hunter.
The famous post-war British 500cc single-cylinder (swingarm model, offering greater comfort). This particular bike has been carefully upgraded and made more reliable to offer immediate riding pleasure without the limitations of its era.
Key features and modifications:
• Mechanical reliability: Fitted with electronic ignition (no more of the original Lucas magneto’s quirks) and a modern Keihin carburettor. The bike starts very easily with the kick-start, idles perfectly and delivers very smooth engine performance.
• Aesthetics: Paintwork completely redone in a superb blue livery. Very neat presentation, ideal for rides and rallies.
• Chassis: A sound, well-maintained bike, ready to hit the road.
Documents: 1956 model, original frame and engine numbers, certificate provided
numerous invoices (totalling over €7, 000 since 2011)
• Classic motorcycle registration document in my name.
As it is pre-1960, it will never need to undergo an MOT again :-)
