Description
BORDEAUX VINTAGE CARS is pleased to present this magnificent R6 with its 845 cm³ Billancourt engine producing 34 ch.
A must-have classic car, easy to drive and spacious.
The 1970 Renault 6 (type R1180), a charming French people’s car that has now become quite rare, is representative of the early years of the R6’s production.
It is fitted with an 845 cm³ Billancourt 4-cylinder petrol engine, coupled with a 4-speed manual gearbox operated from the dashboard.
The car presents well overall and provides an attractive base for enjoying a classic car without necessarily seeking a show-quality example.
The paintwork has been redone by a private individual. It gives the car a pleasant overall appearance, but the work is not of professional quality and shows some imperfections. It should therefore be regarded as a practical repaint rather than a high-end bodywork restoration.
The interior is original and no longer in pristine condition. It shows the normal signs of use and wear expected in a car of this age.
Also worth noting: one of the seats is a different colour to the others.
Valid MOT, passed successfully.
