Description
SUZUKI T 500 in exceptional condition, barely ridden, was in a collection in the USA. Still has its original tyres with red pinstripes specific to this model (of course the tyres will be changed for sale or the price adjusted accordingly). I couldn't bring myself to do it as it's simply exceptional. Partially restored with some chrome work, paintwork, seat, instruments, handlebars, switches, original grey cables. Engine rebuilt by professionals (invoice provided). Crankcase with bronze-lined crankshaft bearing, crankshaft refurbished with new bearings, new connecting rods, rebored with new pistons, replacement of all engine oil seals including oil pump, gearbox checked, carburettor inspected and cleaned, contact breaker points inspected and adjusted.
