Description
If you fancy riding something different, here's this little Chopper Triumph Old School 60's, built in 2009 on a 1964 T120 Bonneville base. Exceptional condition!
A unique bike, light, nimble and reliable, far more manoeuvrable than a Harley-Davidson. It starts first time, even after several months standing, and has impressive torque! You won't go unnoticed, as it's often photographed.
Main specification:
• Morgo 750 kit (bought in the USA) with original bottom end
• Racing camshaft (UK)
• High-flow Morgo oil pump
• New carburettors with matched jets
• Front wheel (Virginia), rear wheel (California), new tyres (summer 2024)
• Modified forks with Lowbrow Custom fork legs (USA)
• Rigid frame chromed by Barchrome (Roubaix), which has held up superbly (no sign of rust), professional metalflake paint by Seb Oldschool (Ain)
Recent work:
• Converted to Pazon electronic ignition
• Mini lithium battery + new HT coils
• Wiring loom completely renewed
• New brake and clutch cables
• Clutch replaced (7-plate)
• New silencers
A small oil leak from the sump, nothing serious, normal for an old British bike, but I prefer to mention it.
Mileage unknown, although I advertised 5, 000 km.
The sissy bar would benefit from chroming but it's not essential. A few spare parts included.
MOT valid until 4 September 2027, but it won't be re-tested for sale. I don't see the point, as I haven't ridden it much and there's no reason it wouldn't pass again.
Professionally valued at €15, 000 (full documentation available). I'm open to sensible offers within reason, but I won't be giving it away! Please don't waste my time with silly offers, I know what I'm selling.
A possible swap against €14, 000, but I'd much prefer a straight sale.
Photos and videos on request.
Happy riding, everyone!
